Your role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will join a lean, agile, and fast-moving development team. Your primary responsibility will be to evolve and scale our Mover Portal—a B2B SaaS product that empowers moving companies to manage leads, quotes, and customer communication.

This is a hands-on, full-stack role working across both the front-end (Vue.js) and back-end (Laravel). You will also support improvements to our broader backend architecture and internal systems. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, elegant, and user-focused web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop New Features: Build, test, and ship new features using Laravel (PHP 8+) and Vue.js.
• UX/UI Collaboration: Work with designers and stakeholders to improve interfaces and user journeys.
• API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate the Mover Portal with other internal platforms.
• Agile Workflow: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix performance issues; recommend and implement improvements.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, customer success, and sales teams.
• System Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our backend systems and overall tech stack.

What we’re looking for

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented developer who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and solving real-world problems. You bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong command of Laravel (PHP 8+) and Vue.js.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and REST API architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Git and agile development workflows.
• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Comfort in a remote-first, collaborative setting.
• Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms and user onboarding flows.
• Experience with WordPress, which supports parts of our marketing stack.
