That’s where you come in as a Full-Stack AI Engineer Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen.
You’ll contribute to a centralized web application that replaces Excel-based tools for tracking employee skills. You’ll work across the stack—building modern interfaces and scalable APIs—and explore opportunities to enrich the application with generative AI features such as automated suggestions or skill insights, guided by our AI engineering team.

You’ll also work on:
- Designing and implementing a responsive front-end using Angular or React
- Building scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or .NET Core
- Modeling skill data and consolidating Excel-based formats into a unified database
- Creating dashboards for employees and managers
- Experimenting with generative AI integration and exploring use cases for AI-assisted user experiences

- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Bonus: Experience working with generative AI models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
