Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production
- Implement scalable ML pipelines (ETL, training, serving) using cloud infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in machine learning and AI
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with data engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and deep learning concepts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with computer vision, NLP, or time series analysis
- Background in software engineering and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of GDPR and ethical considerations in AI
- Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
