THE ROLE

We’re looking for an analytical thinker with :5 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering and Analytics – someone who’s excited to transform data into insights that directly fuel growth, performance, and smarter decision-making.

As part of our Digital Strategy & Analytics team, you will work on refining attribution models, optimizing marketing channels, and experimenting with automation and advanced modeling methods. You will collaborate with digital, commercial, and external teams to incorporate data-driven strategies throughout the business. YOUR FOCUS AREAS

• Accelerate Performance: Use traffic and pricing data to fine-tune trading strategies.
• Planning: Build simulations to enable accurate Digital Planning.
• Cost Optimization: Build models that improve marketing ROI and sharpen paid media efficiency.
• Automation: Apply machine learning and smart modeling to scale insight delivery and decision-making.
• Experimentation: Run tests that push digital performance and customer experience forward.

• Build and evolve attribution models (e.g., MMM) to guide smarter media investments.
• Uncover insights that influence both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.
• Partner with performance marketing teams to drive spend efficiency and targeting.

Commercial & Trading Models

• Develop models that evaluate traffic patterns, price sensitivity, and demand drivers.
• Deliver insights that support pricing strategies and promotional planning.

Analytics & Growth

• Drive improvements in digital performance and conversion with data-led insight.
• Support CRM and personalization initiatives through customer segmentation and behavioral modeling.

How To Become Part Of The Race

• :5 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering and Analytics, or a similar field.
• Solid foundation in machine learning, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow.
• A knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
