Backend Developer - Java/Devops

A Fullstack Developer with strong DevOps and Observability expertise is required to drive the migration to Datadog, ensuring compliance with environmental policies and enhancing overall service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership from day one and analyze existing services.
• Make configuration changes independently to optimize services.
• Ensure alignment with the service rulebook to adhere to best practices.
• Support end-to-end testing efforts.
• Provide mentoring to enhance the team's observability maturity.

Must Haves:

• Strong experience with Java as a primary backend programming language.
• Proven DevOps knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Expertise in observability tools, specifically Datadog.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
