Now, we’re looking for a VP of Sales & Strategic Accounts – North America to help accelerate our mission across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

About The Role

As our VP of Sales, you will own and lead our North American commercial strategy—bringing C-MORE’s ESG SaaS platform to market and driving revenue through large-scale, enterprise relationships.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that blends enterprise SaaS sales, consultative account development, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. You’ll represent C-MORE at the highest levels of client organizations, positioning our platform as a mission-critical solution in an increasingly regulated, ESG-aware world.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Own the go-to-market strategy for North America. Identify and capture key growth opportunities across priority verticals.
  • Lead Enterprise Sales: Manage complex sales cycles with senior buyers, from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and closing—focusing on high-value, recurring SaaS deals.
  • Build Strategic Accounts: Develop and expand long-term relationships with top-tier clients; drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities through trust and insight.
  • Position Thought Leadership: Represent C-MORE as a credible voice on ESG and sustainability in the context of business performance and compliance (e.g., SEC disclosures).
  • Team & Process Development: Help shape the sales playbook, processes, and potentially build a regional sales team as we scale.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on market shifts, regulatory trends, and competitor moves to inform strategy and messaging.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, ideally in data, analytics, or compliance-driven solutions
  • Proven track record of selling into the C-Suite and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
  • Strategic thinker with strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Experience scaling a SaaS business in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Understanding of ESG, impact measurement, or sustainability trends is a strong plus—but not a requirement. Curiosity and business acumen are key
  • High level of accountability, entrepreneurial drive, and desire to build something meaningful
