Project Manager – Compliance & Enablement

What You Will Do
As a Project Manager within the Global Trade Enablement (GTE) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration across global functions. You will coordinate onboarding, manage training and compliance systems, and support strategic initiatives using tools like Microsoft Teams, Smartsheets, and SAP.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new GTE staff, including SOPs, LMS access, and system overviews.
- Coordinate access to SAP, CDOCS, Smartsheets, and MS Teams.
- Maintain training systems (TAP, SAS) and monitor GxP compliance.
- Manage collaboration tools and provide meeting support (minutes, action items, documentation).
- Represent GTE in integration meetings and support global projects (e.g., AES EEI Training, Tableau dashboards, Salesforce enhancements).
- Troubleshoot access issues and support internal systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in project management, operations, or business support.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Smartsheets, SAP, and training platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP compliance).
- Experience with global teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce, and multilingual documentation.
