Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Consultant to lead the Human Resources workstream in an S/4HANA transformation project within the life sciences sector. This role will work closely with the customer HR team to ensure a smooth transition of existing HR functions into the new digital suite.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the HR workstream, collaborating with both SAP and customer-side HR teams
• Assess current HR functions and define future-state processes within the S/4HANA landscape
• Design and deliver SAP HR solutions that meet customer business and IT requirements
• Align HR solutions with broader project goals and ensure integration with other functional areas
• Guide project activities including blueprinting, testing, training, and deployment
• Act as a key contact for all HR-related topics and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Significant experience with SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors in large-scale implementation projects
• Proven ability to lead HR workstreams and collaborate with customer stakeholders
• Understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how they map to SAP solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
• Fluent in English
