We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What will you be doing?

• Program Manager with experience in overseeing multiple projects from a digital transformation perspective;
• Capable of handling multiple large-scale initiatives with confidence, strategic focus, and collaborative efficiency;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including execution, communication, risk management, and mitigation strategies;
• Ensure alignment between financial execution and project delivery to maintain budget control and financial accuracy;
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and assertive communication to align expectations and requirements;
• Prepare project reports, including executive-level reporting, and provide management insights to support strategic decision-making;
• Provide quarterly analysis, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager handling large-scale, high-complexity projects in scope, timing, and/or budget (mandatory certifications required);
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end programs through different phases and managing portfolios and roadmaps within large multinational companies;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration;
• Verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1); Portuguese and Spanish are highly valued;
• Hybrid position: Onsite presence is required 2/3 days per week (Lisbon);
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either Portuguese citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
