UX/UI Designer

As a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with Director of Products, Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers to iterate on ideas, test concepts, and bring polished designs to life—especially tailored for sports bettors and gaming audiences.

What you'll be getting up to:

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web, mobile and Android Apps
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with user goals and business requirements
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and marketing teams
• Ensure UI consistency across the platform by contributing to and maintaining design systems
• Use analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and optimize experiences
  
  

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 1–2 years in the sports betting or iGaming industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design process for mobile and desktop applications
• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user psychology, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience with agile product development cycles
• Familiarity with regulatory design considerations in betting/gambling environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to defend design decisions with data and rationale
• Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic business goals
