Responsabilities:
- Responds to HR data requests in an ad hoc manner, collecting, extracting, analyzing and reporting relevant data from various sources, processes and systems.
- Identifies and selects appropriate methods for validating and verifying database extraction and data integrity.
- Analyzes and interprets HR data to uncover key insights and trends, supporting forecasting related to HR processes and strategic workforce planning.
- Develops standard, periodic and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards and performance indicators.
- Responds to various requests for human resources information.
- Checks and controls the quality of data in global human resources systems.
- Prepares detailed recommendations for areas of interest based on data analysis.
- Supports the rest of the human resources functions for the strategic planning of the workforce and making business decisions regarding human resources.
- Establishes the calendar of internal reporting meetings and prepares the necessary data (KPIs & graphs).
- Contributes with analysis and forecasts to the realization of the HR budget and monitors the budget execution.
- Actively participates, as a member of the project team or as a coordinator of certain projects that take place at the local and/or international level.
- Develop HR products related to the human resources analysis area: automations, templates, etc.
- Develops procedures and workflows connected with the analysis and reporting area.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minim 2 years experience in HR Data analytics/ HR Reporting/ Data analytics
- Power BI advanced or other data visualizations tool
- Excel Advanced
- Knowledge of statistics
- Very good Business Understanding
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Openness for change and problem-solving skills
- English - advanced
