Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our existing customer base in Turkey to identify growth opportunities, drive upsell strategies, and build lasting relationships with large-scale organizations.

 This role is ideal for someone who’s commercially sharp, deeply curious, and thrives in conversations that go beyond features — into long-term value.



What you’ll do:

●      Manage and grow Apollo’s portfolio of enterprise accounts in Turkey


●      Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals and operational priorities


●      Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (from sustainability leads to operations directors)


●      Work closely with product, operations and customer success teams to tailor Apollo’s offering to evolving client needs


●      Act as the voice of the customer internally — bringing insights that shape our roadmap


●      Help create case studies and reference stories that showcase Apollo’s value


What we’re looking for:

●      3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in SaaS or tech


●      Strong relationship-building skills, especially with enterprise clients


●      A commercial mindset — able to spot and shape growth opportunities


●      Native-level Turkish and strong English communication skills


●      Comfortable working independently, but also collaborating across teams


●      Familiarity with sustainability or operational efficiency topics is a plus (but not a must)
