📍 Remote (Turkey-based, aligned to UK hours)

About the Role
We are hiring multiple Product Managers to join a business-critical transformation programme focused on enhancing supply chain and data integration capabilities. This is a strategic initiative aiming to modernise core systems, enable autonomous decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across key business functions.
Each Product Manager will lead a distinct roadmap within supply chain, integration, or fulfilment domains, working cross-functionally to align technology delivery with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product delivery for a specific workstream within supply chain or data integration
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, and peer Product Managers
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into clear product goals
- Manage product backlog, prioritisation, and roadmap for assigned workstream
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and align deliverables across related product areas
- Support integration initiatives such as point-to-point services and end-to-end propositions (e.g. Supply Chain Transformation, Food-to-Order)
- Contribute to agile rituals and product ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery cycles
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of product management experience in complex environments
- Experience with integration platforms, cloud services, or supply chain tools
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination
- Ability to baseline value metrics for their product roadmap ensuring this is aligned this to the overarching company strategy & goals.
- Ability to work independently and own a product domain while collaborating with wider teams
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and product discovery practices
- Exposure to UK retail or e-commerce is a strong plus
