About the Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for our HR web products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into seamless designs, leveraging automated UX research and analytics tools to validate and iterate on your work. Your ability to document processes and maintain design consistency will be key to our success.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in Product Design (UI/UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, user-focused designs.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma and FigJam for designing, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience using Lyssna for automated UX research to gather user insights and validate designs.
• Proficiency in Miro for brainstorming, mapping user flows, and collaborative workshops.
• Ability to create user surveys and forms using Typeform to collect qualitative feedback.
• Familiarity with MixPanel for analyzing user behavior and informing data-driven design decisions.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and contemporary design trends.
• Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs efficiently.
• Experience documenting design processes and developing design systems or style guides.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
