Lead ServiceNow Engineer

We are on the lookout for a skilled Lead ServiceNow Engineer to join our implementation core team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the global implementation of ServiceNow and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. If you are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global implementation of ServiceNow from the ground up
• Engage with multiple modules, including IT Service Management, Technical Service Management, Technical Network Infrastructure, Configuration Management Database, Event Management, Human Resource Service Delivery, Workflow Service Delivery, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Integrations
• Develop ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms such as OKTA Single Sign-On, Salesforce, and SAP
• Ensure platform consistency and integrity throughout the implementation process
• Manage patching and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external client representatives, and other vendors
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with either ServiceNow ITAM, HRSD, or ITOM Module implementation for at least 6 months
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, including IT Service Management and Workflow Service Delivery modules
• Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively
• Self-organized individual capable of working independently on tasks
• Presentation skills to demonstrate results to business and engineering stakeholders
• Consultative mindset with the ability to offer recommendations and improvements based on ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
• Ability to work until 10 AM Pacific Standard Time to facilitate overlap with client representatives and core team members
