Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in HR recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and prescreening.
• Collaborate with Managers and Talent Partners.
• Possibility to participate in various HR projects.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in recruitment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Demonstrates curiosity, proactivity, and an interest in soft HR areas.
• Enjoys working with people and easily builds relationships.
• Manages time well and is capable of multitasking to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
