Your responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to be the driving force behind agile product delivery across our solution landscape. You’ll act as a change agent, shaping how we collaborate and deliver value - both at the team and program level. If you thrive in dynamic environments, are energized by coaching others, and love creating the conditions for teams to shine, this role could be for you.

• Champion agile product delivery across the entire solution, enabling flow and value realization
• Collaborate closely with project-level stakeholders including shape owners, architects, product owners, and fellow agile coaches and RTE
• Facilitate alignment, transparency, inspection, and adaptation within and across teams and stakeholders
• Coach and guide individuals and teams on agile values, principles, and best practices
• Coach our team stakeholders so that they can better understand how to work with us
• Help identify and remove impediments
• Help shape value delivery with a focus on customer outcomes, continuous improvement, and cultural transformation
• Support program-level events (e.g., PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops)
• Support/coach the team to keep a focus on team sprint and PI goals/objectives
• Monitor, measure, and improve delivery flow and dependencies across teams
• Handle 1 or more teams in parallel and substitute RTE
  
  

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer in a software development environment
• Hands-on experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Exposure to agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, KanBan)
• Passion for the agile mindset, strong customer orientation, and a flair for change facilitation and team growth
• Skilled in visual facilitation, systems thinking, and creating psychologically safe environments for collaboration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in the surrounding of SAP/IT and Logistics area would be an asset
• Language proficiency – fluent in German
