Blockchain Developer – Poland

We’re looking for a talented Blockchain Developer based in Poland to help us design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain-based financial infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with elite engineering teams across Poland and the USA, contributing to systems used by top-tier banks and central institutions worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain smart contract logic and blockchain infrastructure components
• Integrate blockchain systems with backend services and financial APIs
• Develop and deploy secure, efficient distributed applications (dApps)
• Write and maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure high reliability and resilience
• Stay on top of blockchain innovations and propose ways to adopt them in product architecture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in blockchain development (Solidity or other smart contract languages)
• Strong understanding of distributed ledger principles, cryptographic protocols, and consensus algorithms
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Java
• Familiarity with token standards and blockchain security best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Bonus: familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs, confidential computing, or financial services
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-driven, curious, and passionate about building secure and scalable systems
