Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects within a corporate manufacturing environment.
• Manage cross-functional and cross-country project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in corporate environments, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level management
• Experience managing cross-country teams and navigating multicultural work environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
