Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure
• Develop both front-end and back-end systems (full-stack)
• Build and deploy Web3 applications (smart contracts, DApps, blockchain integrations)
• Architect reliable, secure, and scalable systems
• Collaborate with agile teams to drive product development
• Manage system operations, troubleshooting, and incident response
• Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications

Required Qualification

• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure design and operations
• Proven full-stack development skills (front-end & back-end)
• Hands-on experience with smart contracts, blockchain, and Web3 stacks
• Agile development experience in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English for global team collaboration
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate and work on-site in Dubai
• Professional experience with React Native mobile development

Preferred Qualification

• Prior experience in the Web3 or fintech sector
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, Solidity
• Understanding of clean architecture principles and code quality standards
• DevOps experience (CI/CD, monitoring, logging)
• Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play and managing mobile CI/CD pipelines
