Your role
We believe the future will require more engineers with strong technological understanding. We have solid frameworks and professional communities to support this, but we need you! Motivated engineers with a strong desire to develop themselves and help bridge the gap between IT (Information Technology) and ET (Engineering Technology).
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Configuring, administering, and integrating systems that create frameworks for a more efficient workday for engineers.
- Advising on system and tool selection to equip field workers to operate more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
- Working with engineering systems, workflows, requirements, and technical information within the energy sector.
- Assisting in the implementation and further development of BIM (Building Information Modeling) solutions.
- Extracting technical data with the goal of making information accessible.
- Harmonizing engineering data, focusing on data quality and utilization.
- Acting as an integrator, serving as the link between system providers and customers.
- Hexagon (SPO, SDx, EAM, SPI, SPPID, S3D, SPF, SmartSketch)

- Is adaptable, sustainability-focused, innovative, and digitally competent.
- Has experience with the mentioned applications and understands data content (Asset Information Management).
- Has a strong understanding of technology and trends (AI, ML, IoT, Cloud, 5G, AR, Edge, Digital Twin).
- Possesses strong analytical skills.
- Has engineering experience.
- Has experience as a consultant and thrives in an international work environment.
- Can create engagement and a positive atmosphere among colleagues.
- Has 3-5 years of education (extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal education).
- You’ll have the opportunity to specialize in your field while working on interdisciplinary projects.
