Electrical Engineer

Join a high-impact engineering team delivering advanced Substation Automation and Protection Systems across the energy, transport, and industrial sectors. As a Technical Lead Engineer, you’ll oversee the technical design and configuration of protection systems, RTUs, and SCADA platforms while ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical execution of substation automation projects
• Design and configure protection and control systems (IEC 61850, 60870-5-101/104)
• Develop SCADA and HMI interfaces (e.g., MicroSCADA, RTU)
• Conduct testing, risk assessments, and client-facing technical clarifications
• Participate in customer meetings, tenders, and commissioning
• Travel up to 50 days per year

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering or technical college equivalent
• Experience with protection systems, SCADA/RTU, LAN, and cybersecurity
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
• Strong focus on HSE and Class B driving license
