Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco and HPe Aruba switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless components.
• Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as SolarWinds and recommend improvements as needed.
• Support and maintain the IP Telephony system.
• Implement and maintain network security measures in alignment with the compliance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation of network configurations, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network performance.
• Will be part of the enterprise network team, working in close coordination with network engineers across regional offices to support the ongoing management of our LAN, WAN, and Wireless LAN.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communication Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering within enterprise environments, with a strong focus on wireless LAN technologies.
• Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, IEEE 802.11 standards).
• Strong knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
• Knowledge of Video conferencing systems is a plus.
• CCNA Routing & Switching certification.
