Opportunity: One of our Building Design and Civil; Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Industry clients based out in Kitchener and London , ON is looking for a "Mechanical Engineer" for a fulltime opportunity.

Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Kitchener & London, ON

Position Type: Fulltime, ON (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and project leads on conceptual designs and redline meetings
• Prepare and review design briefs, specs, and equipment costs
• Conduct engineering reviews, ensure code compliance, and seal documents
• Provide construction support, site reviews, and project verification
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide mentorship to team members
• Support continuous improvement of mechanical design standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and P.Eng (Ontario)
• 5+ years in mechanical design (HVAC & Plumbing), preferably in multi-residential projects
• Strong knowledge of OBC, CSA, ASHRAE codes and standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects
