Full Stack Developer (Java, ReactJS) - AVP

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and develop software applications, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and adapt to changing requirements will be key to your success.

What you do

• Participate in requirements gathering with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and come up with an elegant solution design adhering to best design patterns.
• Design and develop microservices using Java related technologies.
• Working closely with the UI/UX designer, software engineers, automated and manual tester, business analysts, scrum masters and product owners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products and improve the existing systems in our microservices architecture.
• Debug, troubleshoot and provide production support for microservices based applications.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure quality and efficiency in the development cycle.
• Be a self-starter providing creative and innovative ideas or solutions continuously improving the technological offering.
• Collaborate with other developers via code reviews and occasional pair programming.
  
  

Who you are

• Working experience with Full SDLC / Agile project
• Strong hands-on in developing and deploying microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and related technologies such as JSON, Swagger and XML
• Hands on development experience on web responsive design in frond end technologies like React JS, Java Script, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
• Experience in containerization technologies – Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge in Message oriented Middleware (MoM) technologies – MQ and Kafka
• Experience with DevOps tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Liquibase
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in Capital Market products / Order Management System for OTC markets, Bond, Cash equity, Funds, IPO, Loans, Deposit is preferred.
