Graduate Software Engineer - Digital Solutions

As a Graduate Software Engineer – Digital Solutions in the Solutioning team, you will be part of a dynamic group responsible for supporting pre-sales solution development, proof-of-concept (PoC) creation, and proposal responses for modern application services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving real-world business problems leveraging modern technologies such as Springboot, ReactJS, etc to develop customize, scalable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to understand client requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Assist in developing technical proposals, presentations, and PoCs for RFPs and client engagements.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to modern application development.
• Participate in internal bootcamps and training programs to build expertise in cloud-native development, microservices, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
• Support the creation of reusable solution assets, templates, and documentation.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including delivery, product engineering, and marketing to align solution offerings.
• Stay updated with latest trends in digital landscape such as cloud, Low-code platforms, etc

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exposure to modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring Boot) and RESTful APIs.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
