About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and user-obsessed UX Designer (or UX Consultant) to join our dynamic product and design team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across our platforms. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring research-driven design solutions to life, from discovery through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Discovery
• Plan and conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative insights to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable design strategies.
• Design Strategy & UX Architecture
• Define user personas, journey maps, and experience flows that align with business and user goals.
• Translate complex processes into clear, elegant, and usable interactions.
• Prototyping & Design Execution
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications for web and mobile platforms.
• Create scalable and consistent design systems that can be applied across products.
• Collaboration & Delivery
• Partner closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to implement UX strategies and bring designs to life.
• Provide guidance on UX best practices and ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies as needed.
• Continuous Improvement
• Conduct UX audits of existing products and recommend actionable improvements.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX/UI, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for a user-first approach throughout the organization and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–7 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UX Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX deliverables and case studies demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience with conducting and applying insights from usability testing and user research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus (HTML/CSS/JS understanding is advantageous but not mandatory).
