Lead QA Automation Engineer

What You'll Be Working On

Leading and mentoring QA team
Taking ownership of the entire QA process and ensuring its continuous improvement
Designing and implementing effective testing strategies and plans
Performing hands-on manual and automated testing (Python)
Actively collaborating with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cycles
Identifying bottlenecks and improving QA processes and workflows
Proactively solving testing-related challenges and ensuring product quality
Not only distributing tasks but also directly participating in day-to-day testing activities

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

At least 6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 4years of hands-on experience in test automation (Python)
Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Teamto achieve high levels of performance and productivity
Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
Strong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic
Strong experience in performance and load testing
Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Good communication skills in English and russian
