- Proven experience in blockchain development
- Strong understanding of Web 3 protocols, decentralized systems, and cryptographic principles.
- Experience developing and deploying smart contracts and working with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Ability to critically assess and challenge third-party technical solutions and architectures.
- Familiarity with banking systems, financial regulations, and enterprise-grade security standards.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CICD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and deploying smart contracts and working with tools like Hardhat and Truffle.
- Familiarity with banking systems, financial regulations, and enterprise-grade security standards
