We are looking for Software Engineer, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

• Strong skills in project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage offshore/nearshore delivery models.
• ü Familiarity with Appian delivery lifecycle, environments, and CI/CD concepts.
• Project governance skills, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and reporting.
• Experience managing scope, budget, and resource allocation effectively.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

And much better if you stand out for:

• Appian certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher) is a plus
• Experience in pre-sales or working closely with commercial teams.
• Exposure to multi-vendor environments and integration projects
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
