Short Description: Looking for DevOps Engineer

Location: Sydney (Australia)

Salary Range: 82544-90270 AUD Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in an independent, pro-active, systematic, structured manner in an agile environment and team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to display initiative and commitment, as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
• Good teamwork

Skill / Competencies / Experience:

ESSENTIAL

• 6+ Years of Relevant Experience
• Cloud experience AWS/Azure (AWS preferable)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, GitHub Actions(mandatory), Bamboo, SonarQube etc)
• Database and SQL experience
• Experience in one or more scripting languages (Powershell, Python & Bash)
• Experience on testing tools like selenium (Advantage)
• Experience working with high availability architectures.
• Application and infrastructure monitoring tool experience

PREFERRED

• Strong experience with configuration as code tools (Terraform, Chef/Ansible and Puppet)
• Hands-on experience with Container technology like Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Helm etc.,
• Dev knowledge of Java/.Net Framework, RESTful APIs
• Experience in deploying PaaS solutions, API’s and Infrastructure as Code (desirable)

ADDITIONAL

• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
