Gross salary range: EUR 61k - 81k/year (incl. variable component)

Employment type: no freelancing, all-in contract

The Role: As a Senior Product Manager at fiskaly, you’ll own key areas of our product roadmap, driving strategy and execution across multiple interrelated features. You'll be responsible for ensuring your product areas meet regulatory and market needs while delivering measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to shape our products and influence company-wide priorities.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Own the vision and roadmap for a complex product line or multiple features
• Evaluate opportunities and risks with a data-driven mindset
• Define product success metrics and make strategic prioritization decisions
• Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Align roadmap and business case development with overarching company goals
• Execution & Delivery
• Translate fiscal and market requirements into product specs
• Manage and refine the backlog at the Value Increment level
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and certification standards
• Coordinate and track product launches across teams
• Report development progress and outcomes to leadershipmarket conditions.
• Collaboration & Influence
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, sales, compliance, and more
• Facilitate transparent communication across departments and stakeholder groups
• Build strong relationships with market-facing partners (e.g., customers, regulatory bodies)
• Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to internal best practices

You're a fit if

• You’ve contributed to product lifecycle strategy, pricing models, or international rollouts
• You're data-driven at your core and have a strong background in data-driven decision-making
