International Talent Project Manager (F/M)

You have a proven HR experience in a multinational environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in talent management systems.

In additional you possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You are recognized for your strong organizational and project management competencies. You speak fluent English and French.

As part of the International Talent team of Van Cleef and Arpels, you will bring your expertise to our Talent function and foster a collaborative working environment.

In This Function, You Will

• Drive Talent Data for the Maison, monitor and ensure consistent use of Talent Desktop across regions
• Work on Talent Tools & Systems adoption, coordinate digitalization initiatives and serve as liaison with the Goup on Talent Management topics
• Organize and conduct annual training sessions on talent systems, Career Committee processes, and reporting. Create clear documentation and foster best practice sharing
• Onboard new team members of the Talent Management community on relevant topics
• Create and collaborate with all relevant Teams on future Talent Programs
