The Role

We seek a dynamic and driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Turkey. In this role, you will be vital in driving strategic HR initiatives, with a strong focus on global recruitment and HR systems implementation projects, such as HRIS and Performance Management tools. The ideal candidate will have a robust HR generalist background, excellent project management skills, and experience in recruitment and system implementations.

• Provide general HR support for employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance
• Partner with managers to guide HR policies and procedures, fostering an inclusive and positive work culture
• Assist in developing and rolling out performance management frameworks, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Managing the complete life cycle recruitment process for technical & non-technical roles, from sourcing, screening, and scheduling to offers and onboarding
• Assist in managing HR data, reporting, and ensuring data integrity across systems
• Ensure the successful integration of new systems with existing processes to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
  
  

The ideal candidate should have:

• 1- 3 years of progressive experience in a relevant HR/Recruitment/People role
• Demonstrated experience in global recruitment for technical and business roles and top-notch sourcing skills from various sources
• Excellent communicator- Fluent in Turkish and English (Must have)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trusting relationships with people from all walks of life and communicate with all levels of the business
• Excellent time management skills with a self-initiative mindset
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multi-tasking work environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
