Job Description

  • LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (Laravel) is crucial for this role. Candidate should be good in PHP and should have analysis skills on Java. The current code in Production is in PHP. Java knowledge is being requested as the team will gradually transition into an API solution.

Key Responsibilities

=' Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using the LAMP stack, with a strong focus on Laravel (PHP).
  • Angular with latest version 16/18, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Design Pattern, Junit
  • Guide the team through the transition to API-first architecture, leveraging Java, Node.js, and Kafka for event-driven and microservices-based solutions.
  • Architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

>� System Design & Architecture

  • Design and oversee the development of microservices and Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Ensure seamless integration between legacy systems and new microservices.
  • Drive best practices in cloud-native development, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.

=e Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management in an Agile environment.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.

=� Project Delivery & Agile Practices

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and technical debt.

=� Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Promote automation in testing, deployment, and monitoring to support CI/CD pipelines
