Product owner

Job Description Summary The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our product vision.
This individual will be responsible for managing the backlog, prioritizing needs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
The product owner will be cooperating with the Product Manager and will be working closely with the engineering team while the Product Manager will be outward facing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

Roles And Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Manager to ensure our priorities are aligned with the business goals.
• Break down product roadmap deliverables into smaller features with a clear goal and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the features are feasible, and the scope is manageable.
• Participate in planning sessions and estimation processes to ensure the team has a well-defined scope of work that is prioritized.
• Work together with the Product Manager on the future product roadmap.
  

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
