The Role

We are looking for a motivated Researcher with a strong interest in Web3 technologies to join our team. In this role, you will dive into researching various Web3 projects and emerging trends, helping us identify collaboration opportunities and innovative solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a math, physics or CS background who is analytical, proactive, and eager to learn about blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.

What you'll do

• Conduct research on various Web3 projects – gathering, organising and analysing information.
• Read and analyse relevant blogs, white-papers, and technical documentation on Web3 topics.
• Research potential partners and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Prepare summaries, brief reports and blogs on projects and emerging Web3 trends.
• Generate ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for integrating Web3 projects.
  
  

Who you are

• Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to dive deep into new topics.
• Ability to find relevant information and structure it effectively.
• Basic understanding of Web3 fundamentals (blockchain, cryptocurrencies, decentralized applications), not necessarily in-depth, but a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) for analysing information and writing reports.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in an uncertain environment.
• Prior experience in research, analytical writing, or data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand basic smart contract code (Solidity preferred) or a willingness to learn it.
• Understanding of security risks in blockchain (e.g., reentrancy attacks, rug pulls, common vulnerabilities in smart contracts).
