Software Architect

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Software Architect to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

Manage the development team and all the strategic projects assigned to it, as well as the risks and stakeholders
Work with the Business analyst to gather requirements and created the roadmaps for each year
Plan the projects and created the necessary artefacts
Organise and manage user acceptance testing campaigns (UAT)
Follow up of new technologies and eventual adoption by the sector
Development and integration of multiple information systems or modules into corporate solutions
Assistance with deployment and configuration of the systems
Support the efficient project team work by putting in place and following agile practices

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Master's degree in IT field with minimum 13 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum 17 years of relevant experience)
Proven 10 years experience in Java-related technologies, including J2EE, JSP, JDBC, Log4J,XML/XSL/XSLT, XQuery, XPath and Oracle WebLogic
Minimum of 10 years experience in service-oriented architecture and web services{{:}} RESTful API, SOAP,WSDL, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, Oracle Service Bus, YAM
LStrong experience in relational database management systems Oracle SQL, PL/SQ
LExcellent knowledge of the design and development of web application
sStrong knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML5, XML
)Excellent experience of coding best practices, software design and architecture pattern
sGood knowledge of IT security concepts and secure coding guideline
