• We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team and help drive the implementation and improvement of Agile practices.
• As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that our teams follow Agile principles, remove impediments, and facilitate smooth collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate key Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Help team members understand and implement Scrum principles and practices to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a problem solver by identifying and removing obstacles that may hinder the team’s ability to deliver.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals. Technical Skills:
