You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Working with full technological and infrastructure (EV stations, modernization projects) project cycle from offer to customer till implemented project;
• Planning and controlling project implementation, working with subcontractors;
• Solving problems arising during project implementation, managing project deadlines, budgets, scope and risks;
• Initiating and executing project procurement processes (equipment purchases, contractor selection);
• Closing new business opportunities;
• Maintaining the customer relationship as well as growing the business.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously;
• Sincere and dedicated individual who loves the challenge of being a solution pioneer;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Latvian and English languages;
• Ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations;
  
  
  

It is advantage if you:

• Have equivalent EV project management exposure;
• Have 2+ years of B2B sales background, full closing role.

Salary range for this position group: is 2535 to 3804 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
