Ignite the Stage as our Head of Marketing Superstar at Waagner-Biro Luxembourg Stage Systems (F/M/D)

Waagner-Biro Luxembourg Stage Systems S.A., a proud member of the Waagner-Biro Stage Systems Group headquartered in Austria, is one of the world’s leading providers of innovative stage technology solutions. From opera houses and theatres to music halls, multi-purpose venues, and luxury cruise ships, we design and deliver innovative systems that bring performances to life. At our Rodange site in Luxembourg, we specialize in developing the "Computer-Aided Theatre" (C⋅A⋅T) safety control system, an ultramodern software, controlling the stage machinery in over 200 prestigious venues worldwide.

You will lead the efforts of our international Marketing Department across locations including Luxembourg, Vienna, China, Germany, and Spain. Your role will focus on developing and executing integrated, innovative marketing strategies that align with our global goals. You are responsible developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth, visibility, and business impact. You will coordinate and guide a cross-functional team working across digital, content, event, brand, and communications as we build a unified marketing function—ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all touchpoints.

With a strong focus on consistency, creativity, and performance, you will help shape our brand presence and support business growth across all markets.

YOUR TASKS

• Design and launch impactful marketing campaigns, coordinating implementation across Luxembourg, Vienna, China, Germany, and Spain offices.
• Create compelling LinkedIn posts, manage our YouTube channel, and produce videos (e.g., Employer Branding and Job Description Videos).
• Coordinate press releases and collaborate with agencies, delegating tasks to relevant offices as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget and develop merchandise material and giveaways.
• Update the website, track performance metrics, and explore AI-driven marketing innovations.
• Represent Waagner-Biro Stage Systems Group at events and create presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product development and HR to set targets and develop strategies.
• Organize internal and external events.
• Drive marketing constructive collaboration between Waagner-Biro Stage (Luxembourg, Austria, China, Germany, Spain).
• Attend global trade fairs (e.g., Germany, England, France, Spain, China, USA, Netherlands) annually.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team.
• Communication: Oversee internal and external communication initiatives
  
  

Our Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, German, and French; more languages are a plus.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in tech or entertainment.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Skills in digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content creation.
• Firsthand with tools like Canva, CMS, and Analytics—comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
• Project management ability and an outgoing personality.
• Bonus: Experience with branding or the entertainment industry.
• Tech-savvy with Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
