The project involves implementing mechanisms for managing the lifecycle of personal data in a complex SAP HCM environment. The goal is to ensure compliance with current regulations regarding data retention and deletion.
The consultant will play a key role, being responsible for the full implementation cycle – from requirements analysis and solution design to execution.

Your tasks
- Independently planning and executing the SAP ILM project for SAP HCM systems
- Analyzing business requirements and designing appropriate ILM solutions
- Implementing data archiving and deletion mechanisms in HCM systems
- Identifying dependencies between HR objects in the context of data deletion
- Proposing and implementing effective technical and process solutions
- Experience in implementing SAP ILM in SAP HCM environments
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end ILM projects
- Knowledge of data archiving and deletion processes in SAP HCM
- Practical knowledge of requirements analysis and SAP solution design
- Experience in identifying dependencies between HR objects and designing deletion logic
- Fluent English skills
