SAP HCM/ILM Consultant

Join our SAP team at Sii and take part in a project for a global organization in the advanced heating, air conditioning, and sustainable energy sector. We are looking for an experienced consultant to support the implementation of SAP Information Lifecycle Management within the SAP HCM area.

The project involves implementing mechanisms for managing the lifecycle of personal data in a complex SAP HCM environment. The goal is to ensure compliance with current regulations regarding data retention and deletion.

The consultant will play a key role, being responsible for the full implementation cycle – from requirements analysis and solution design to execution.

Your tasks

• Independently planning and executing the SAP ILM project for SAP HCM systems
• Analyzing business requirements and designing appropriate ILM solutions
• Implementing data archiving and deletion mechanisms in HCM systems
• Identifying dependencies between HR objects in the context of data deletion
• Proposing and implementing effective technical and process solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in implementing SAP ILM in SAP HCM environments
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end ILM projects
• Knowledge of data archiving and deletion processes in SAP HCM
• Practical knowledge of requirements analysis and SAP solution design
• Experience in identifying dependencies between HR objects and designing deletion logic
