We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead and optimize our e-commerce purchasing & checkout experience. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise, strategic vision, and user-centric design to enhance checkout conversion rates, minimize friction, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for the checkout experience, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy new checkout functionalities
• Clearly define, document, and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to the development team
• Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing feature requests, technical debt, performance optimization, and user feedback
• Bring technical point of view in refinement sessions, and actively contribute to technical decisions (current or past)
• Analyze ecommerce experience and checkout flow performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize user journeys
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical complexities into actionable business insights
  
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• Strong analytical skills, proficient in using analytics tools (GA4, looker, SQL) to interpret user behavior data and inform product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, but more importantly you have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, specifically focused on e-commerce
• Proven track record of delivering user-centric digital products, with strong technical acumen and familiarity with web technologies
• Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience in setting up, analyzing, and interpreting results from A/B tests
