Job Description
Help shape the future of healthcare with AI and innovation. At Philips, we're not just imagining the future of healthcare—we're creating it. As a Customer Project Manager in our Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) team, you'll play a key role in delivering advanced ECG solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence to hospitals and private players across the globe (except for North America and China).
The location of this role can be in Amsterdam - Philips Centre or in Eindhoven HTC-42.
You'll be part of an energetic and highly motivated Commercial Services & Solutions team, working closely with our Technical and Clinical Consultants to streamline all customer implementations from order intake to customer implementation and support. You will lead the end-to-end service process (based on comprehensive project planning) and bring the customer-focused delivery to a next level in terms of professionality, scalability and compliance. To be successful in this role it requires: strong cross-functional stakeholder management, a structured process-oriented approach, work under limited supervision and a high dose of energy (around 3 days a week on-site).
Your Key Responsibilities
Working at Philips means joining a purpose-driven company focused on improving 2.5 billion lives annually by 2030. In AM&D, you’ll be part of a passionate, world-class team driving AI-powered healthcare transformation. Here, innovation meets impact. Are you ready to shape the future of ambulatory diagnostics and be a part of something bigger?
How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is a field based role.
