Team Lead Software Testing

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Software Testing for an innovative organization active in the development of complex technical systems. In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced automation solutions within a multidisciplinary team. You will work at the intersection of technology and software quality, playing a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and functionality of modern systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and coaching a team within an Agile environment.
• Developing test strategies and overseeing the execution of system verifications.
• Coordinating test plans and drawing data-driven conclusions.
• Acting as a point of contact regarding testability of requirements.
• Collaborating closely with other technical disciplines such as software development, mechanics, and electronics.

Your capabilities:

• A completed technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's), for example in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent proven technical work and thinking level.
• Several years of experience in software testing and experience in a leadership or coordinating role.
• Broad technical interest, preferably with an affinity for innovative and system-oriented technologies.
• Experience coaching test teams and improving testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
