Project Manager (Fintech)

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in IT project management within the payments industry. In this role, you will oversee mission-critical IT projects, particularly in the areas of payments, licensing, and process improvements. You will act as the liaison between the risk department and upper management, managing roadmaps and milestones for outsourced projects, and reporting directly to the Deputy CEO. • Manage outsourced IT projects, focusing on payments and EMI licensing.
• Collaborate with the risk department and executive management to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop detailed roadmaps, manage project milestones, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Oversee projects related to Mastercard/VISA licensing, payments systems, and internal processes.
• Ensure smooth communication across departments, maintaining confidentiality when needed.

• 2+ years of IT project management experience in the payments/fintech industry.
• Proven expertise in managing projects in payments, EMI licensing, or Mastercard/VISA projects.
• Experience working with outsourced IT teams, managing roadmaps and milestones.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate diplomatic challenges.
• Familiarity with fintech regulations, payments systems, and related internal settings.
• Proficiency in Russian and English is required.
• Experience in acquiring projects is a plus
