We’re a global consulting firm seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Partner-level (SM/AP) Head of Engineering to lead complex healthcare technology delivery for a global hospital group (IHH) through our consulting team based in Hyderabad.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams across frontend and backend, reporting directly to the Global Chief Digital Officer (GCDO)
• Architect, deliver, and scale EMR, HIS, and healthcare data platforms
• Drive technical strategy, engineering best practices, and high-quality delivery across multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to execute digital transformation initiatives
• Serve as the primary client-facing technology lead on high-impact healthcare programs

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 10–12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with strong domain expertise in hospital provider systems
• Proven leadership in managing full-stack engineering teams (frontend and backend)
• Hands-on experience with EMR/HIS implementation, healthcare interoperability, and data platforms
• Strong consulting background with excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills
• Track record of leading teams in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
