Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Support resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s regulatory standards and company policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
• You possess expertise in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• A valid Qatar driving licence and residency permit are preferred.
