We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives on solving complex problems with elegant, human-centered design. You’ll lead the design of web and digital products across sectors like property, education, entertainment and finance — and help deliver experiences that are as intuitive as they are impactful.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — perfect for someone who’s comfortable facilitating discovery sessions, shaping experience strategy, and delivering polished, production-ready UI. We're a small but growing team, and we're looking for someone who’s not afraid to take the lead — with the view to help grow and mentor a team around them over time.

What you'll do

On any given day, you might:

• Plan and run UX research — from stakeholder interviews to competitor audits, surveys, and user testing

• Facilitate workshops and lead client conversations across strategy, experience, and design

• Map out user journeys, flows and IA that simplify complexity

• Design wireframes, concepts and clickable prototypes that bring ideas to life

• Craft beautiful, accessible and responsive UI designs with consistency and care

• Present and defend your thinking to clients and stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, development and delivery leads

• Contribute to — or lead — the development of design systems that support long-term growth

• Help shape and evolve our design processes as we scale the team

What we're looking for

• 5+ years’ experience designing customer-facing digital products, preferably in an agency or cross-disciplinary environment

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, design craft, and attention to detail across multiple devices and platforms

• Confidence and autonomy to lead projects from insight and concept through to production-ready UI

• A deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles

• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe CC

• Comfortable presenting work, leading workshops, and collaborating directly with clients

• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries

• A proactive mindset and the ambition to help shape and grow the design function within the agency

Bonus: Experience using AI tools in your design workflow, or an interest in experimenting with them
