🔍 What We’re Looking For
We’re scouting highly skilled professionals across a range of AI-related roles, including:
- Machine Learning Engineers
- AI/ML Researchers
- LLM & Prompt Engineers
- Data Scientists (AI-focused)
- MLOps Engineers
- Computer Vision Specialists
- NLP Engineers
- Generative AI Engineers
- AI Product Managers
- Advanced English (written and spoken) – You’ll be working directly with U.S. clients.
- Proven experience in AI-focused roles – Ideally 3+ years working in applied AI, ML, or research.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.)
- Experience building or fine-tuning models (LLMs, transformers, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Research publications or patents in the AI/ML space
- Experience with MLOps and deploying models to production
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Background in startup environments or product development
- Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM.
